Handmade & Blessed Herbal Smoulder Stick (Smudge Stick)

Handmade and blessed herbal smoulder sticks (smudge stick) made by hand by The Witch herself. Whilst the contents of each stick change every time they are made, they will always contain greek sage, mountain flower, rosemary and lavender. The rest of the contents change through the seasons and you will be supplied one stick at random. Use for cleansing, protection and abundance.

Before you embark on your smudging journey, get acquainted with the scent of sage. Some find it refreshing, while others find it intense. Begin with a small stick or burn it in a well-ventilated area where the smoke can dissipate quickly.

Light the end of the smudge stick and let it smoulder for a few seconds. Gently extinguish the flame, leaving a trail of shimmering embers and allow the stick to smoulder, holding at a 45 degree angle can help.

Hold the smudge stick at a comfortable distance from your body and guide it in a clockwise motion around yourself, your altars, working space, home, work or any other space. Simultaneously, waft the enveloping smoke towards yourself, allowing its essence to permeate your being.

As you walk around your home to cleanse its energy, commence at the front door and proceed in a circular pattern, ensuring the smoke reaches every nook and cranny. A heat-resistant bowl will serve as an ash catcher, preventing any unwanted mess.

When finished safely extinguish the smoulder stick using its accompanying heat-resistant bowl. Never leave a smoulder stick unattended.

Our products may not be the cheapest, and we make no apology for this as they are of exceptional quality and handmade and blessed by us with love, care and using the finest ingredients. We use real herbs, roots, powders, barks, petals, bones, shells & essential oils or herbal and flower blended oils, amongst many other traditional ingredients, in fact, many of the herbs have been foraged and dried by us from the Lancashire Moors, the Trough of Bowland, the Forest of Bowland and the Pendle Hill area. This area is special to witches as it is the site of the Lancashire Witch Trials in 1612. Some of our products will have a slight colour, but we never use chemical or fake dyes in our products. Some of our products will have a colour or tint, we use natural based oil dyes, these are usually made of such things such as beetroot, spinach, charcoal, coffee, saffron, turmeric etc, and this makes us stand apart from many competitors. Our own branded items are authentic, handmade and blessed by us and each one is made to order. They are not made in a factory using cheap fragrance oils and fully synthetic dyes like many shops sell. Our own branded items are made to our genuine family recipes that have been handed down.
